Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

Yes, I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Request a cancellation before item has shipped. Refunds will be processed immediately.
• Contact me to request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
• Ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued, minus original shipping costs, when the item is received.

Exchanges will be sent as soon as the original item is received.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?

Almost everything you purchase from me can be returned.

Because of the nature of these items, I can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on Sale
• Prototypes or Display Items

If you are unhappy with your purchase of one of these items, please contact me. I may be able to do a partial refund or give store credit depending on circumstances.

International Orders

WHAT’S YOUR POLICY ON CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
